Why we started this
Every small business owner we know has the same problem. There's more work than people, local hiring takes months, and a good bookkeeper or admin costs more than the role can justify. Overseas talent should be the obvious answer, and the talent genuinely is out there. But hiring it through a job board is a coin flip. A polished resume tells you nothing about whether someone will show up on Tuesday.
So we built the version of this we'd want to use ourselves. We do the finding, the testing, and the interviewing. You meet two or three people who have already proven they can do the work. Then we stay in the picture after the hire, because that's the part everyone else skips.
How the vetting actually works
Three rounds, no shortcuts. First, our AI screens every application against the role and cuts the pile down to a real shortlist. Second, candidates complete a hands-on skills assessment for the actual job, things like reconciling a messy set of books, plus a recorded video interview and a personality assessment. Third, our team interviews the finalists in person. Not on a video call. In person.
Most applicants don't make it through. That's the point. By the time you meet someone, the question isn't "can they do the work?" It's "which of these two do I like more?"
After the hire, we're still here
- Your hire is on our payroll, not yours. No foreign contracts, no compliance paperwork, no payroll setup. One simple invoice from us.
- Our integrated monitoring sends you a note when your hire signs in, an end-of-day recap with hours and activity, and a weekly summary. You'll know more about their workday than you do about most people in your office.
- If something feels off, tell us. We coach, we fix, and if it's truly not working, we replace. Making it right is our job, not yours.
